to erect a boat shelter over the shore side of the existing jetty to cover a Corrib type open fishing boat. The structure will be approximately 8 metres in length and 4 metres wide. Construction will be in red granite to match the existing house and pier, with teak doors. Roofing will be with tiles to match the existing house. The structure will span app. half of the existing width of the jetty, with a slipway remaining for the other half.
