(c) A 12 metre in length, 3 metres in width and 3 metres in height welfare facility containing a toilet, kitchen and office facility for periodic visiting site personnel only at times of maintenance etc. (d) Security fencing around the curtilage of the proposed compound. (e) Associated cabling, landscaping, boundary and ancillary works.
