The proposed works will consist of the following: 1. The demolition of the existing Riverside Terrapin Building (276 sqm). 2. The proposed site is located between Distillery Road and the access road serving the campus and is located at the rear of the Kingfisher Club Sports building. The proposed site is located immediately south of Protected Structure Ref 8501 (rivers & waterways).
