Provision of new external colour palette to the Landmark Seapoint building. 6. Minor internal renovations to Seapoint building to provide connections to new escape stairs. 7. New signage to proposed new building elevations facing the Salthill Road Upper, the Seapoint promenade and Quincentennial Drive. 8. Site works to the East of the Seapoint building to provide for a continuous public footpath along Quincentennial Drive, along with landscaping works to include hard and soft surfaces to incorporate bicycle parking, steps and ramp access to the entrance from Quincentennial Drive. 9. Hard and soft landscaping works to enhance the existing public green space located to the South of the Seapoint building. 10 All other ancillary site works and services connections. A Natura Impact statement will be submitted to the planning authority.
