(7) Minor modification to landscaping and parking spaces related to fire tender and vehicle tracking. (8) All site development works above and below ground necessary to facilitate the proposed development. This application for the proposed amendments to the consented Strategic Housing Development (ABP 313286-22 refers), is a Large-scale Residential Development as defined under Section 2 of the Planning & Development Act 2000, as amended.
