Bin stores, plant areas, switch room, ESB sub-station, gas skid. Access to be provided from Coolough Road. Provision of pedestrian crossing infrastructure at Dyke Road and Coolough Road. All associated site development works, including landscaped areas, boundary treatements, drainage works, lighting; site services and infrastucture. A natura impact statement has been prepared. "it is noted that the parent permission was subsequently amended by GCC reg. ref. 23/60174. Condition 2 of this amendment permission stated: "Apart from any departures specifically authorised by this permission, the development shall comply with the conditions of the parent permission ABP 306403-20 unless the conditions set out hereunder specify otherwise"
