Provision of communal open space including hard and soft landscaping such as planting and paving, and public lighting. ix. Central play areas with a mix of natural play features and climbing / agility equipment. x. Provision of drainage systems including SUDS rain garden areas. xi. 2 no. ESB substation kiosks located to the north and south of the site. xii. Potential for future connections to adjoining sites including An Cheathrú Bhán to the north-east of the site, and Raheen pitches / Gaelscoil Riada to the west of the site. xiii. All other associated and ancillary development and site works.
