The development will consist of; 1. The change of use of the of excess space at the plant room on the ground floor to 1 no. 1-bedroom apartment. 2. The proposed amendment will include modifications to the elevation of the ground floor of the apartment block to facilitate window and door openings for the additional apartment. The footprint of the apartment building remains the same as what was permitted under Pl Ref 2460270 / ACP Ref 321970.
